Previous: Juro Rubble Keelan used to be an archaeologist at the Covenant Archive; he was expelled for his heretical views. Rubble receives part of a message from another unorthodox scientist: his connection Arnora on the Jungle World Sagan. When he reaches the planet, he finds that Arnora has been struck by an alien disease. Fixer, a rigger, can heal her, but he needs an Essential Micro-Deflector, a sophisticated device that can probably be found on the rogue orbital settlement Neoma. Rubble travels to Neoma and helps the settlers defeat the prophetess Mantis and her acolytes; he finds an EMD but he will have to give passage to Sagan to the Neoman Grudge who is on a mysterious mission there.

He finds out that what he had seen was not the reflection of a metal case but the glitter of the luminescent moss that cover the dead trees in this area.

Both the terrain and the weather make landing quite tricky, but staying in the air would be even more dangerous.

Rubble asks for permission to land, but he receives no reply. When the Hecate lands on a platform, Rubble can see that a firefight is taking place in the spaceport area. He leaves Foo to guard the spaceship, takes his laser gun and cautiously exits.

She has been employed as a data scientist in a research centre but her sympathies go to the miners rather than to the people she works with.

Medicine “Truth” Quest Starter: A rigger is in desperate need of a rare technological artifact to create a life-saving medical device. Their patient is someone important to you, and won’t survive more than a few days. What is the nature of this artifact, and what protects it?

Rubble receives a message from Arnora: most of the contents were lost due to magnetic disturbances, but he could recover the exact place on Sagan from where the message was sent. When Rubble reaches the place, he finds that Arnora has been struck by one of the alien diseases that plague the Forge: she is currently unconscious. While the heroes are going through the forest where the frigate landed, Grig is separated from Nia. Nia and Soveen return to the giant tree and meet Soveen’s Jaran friends. They tell them that Muko and Lord Herk have called for the evening a council of all Jaran tribes; Shona has been escorted into the Imperial Frigate.

I haven’t been smart enough to join the Starforged play-testing and now I am impatient to get the rules and try the game! As a diversion, I started a short Star-Wars-inspired Ironsworn game. I also thought that it would be fun to create some rough comic-like illustrations for this story.

My character is a Rodian Female, Nia.

The Rodian merchant Nia is the owner of the Stingy Eagle cargo ship and Grig is the pilot of the ship. They are both rebels and use the cover of Nia’s trading to infiltrate Empire-controlled planets and collect information for the rebels based on planet [Oracle] Abon.

The Stingy Eagle flies towards planet [Oracle] Essus where [Oracle: An Innocent is Accused] the Empire has imprisoned governor Shona. She is charged of collaborating with the rebellion, but she never did.

The leaders of the Rebellion asked Nia to investigate the situation on Essus and possibly find Shona and take her to Abon.

As soon as the Stingy Eagle reaches Essus, Nia and Grig visit the spaceport tavern, hoping to learn some details about the situation.

Just a few hours earlier, Denua has seen Shona being escorted to an Imperial frigate which has left for an unknown destination. Where has she been taken?

Nia and Grig return to the Stingy Eagle. Nia tries to break into the Imperial Planetary Information System and find out about the route of the frigate.

She is unable to break in. They must find a way to enter the Imperial command at the spaceport and get direct access to an authorized terminal.
